How to Submit Mail to the Edexis system

Sign into the Edexone system.

 

If you do not have log in information, please submit an IT ticket for an account to be created.

Once signed in, select New Mail/Delivery

 

Title your document.  This title will be included on the proof of confirmation.  You may also upload as many documents as you would like.  Only PDF and Word documents are accepted.

 

Here is an example of a document uploaded and the document title being applied.

Once your documents are uploaded chose continue at the bottom of the page.


When selecting delivery type, please choose daily mail.

You may also include search tags if you desire.  These will allow you to search for the tags when running reports.  ***Please note that all tags are seen and used by the entire company.

If you wish, you can change the return address for your mailing.  The default main address of the company will be auto filled.  The envelope tag line will show on the mailing and can be used for additional information.  (I.e. Account information or case numbers.)

Once you have finished the return address please select continue.


Next add the recipients for your mail.  You can add as many recipients as you would like.  All recipients will receive the all the documents that you uploaded earlier.


When adding recipients make sure to select the type of delivery method in the top drop down box.

Once all your recipients are added, chose continue at the bottom of the page.

 

Please choose your email or the email of your assistant for proof of service notifications.  This are proof that the mail was sent on your behalf.

After you have selected the email for proof of service, choose continue at the bottom of the page.

Please do not change the payment options on the account.


To finish your mailing, choose I Agree & Submit at the bottom of the page.
